The Manager, Targeted Sourcing will manage an enterprise team of talent acquisition professionals dedicated to identifying and attracting top-talent to Wells Fargo by fully leveraging four key areas: proactive sourcing, events, specialized initiatives and referrals.

This is an enterprise level role that is both internally and externally facing and will play a key role in helping Wells Fargo achieve critical business objectives around diversity recruiting. Effectiveness in this role is essential in establishing Wells Fargo as an employer of choice in targeted communities.

This role will interact heavily with other members of Wells Fargo talent acquisition community, including line of business TA leaders and their direct reports, employer brand/recruitment marketing, targeted recruitment programs/partnerships and early talent/campus recruiting. This role will also engage external constituents that will include vendors who provide sourcing tools and technology and organizations that support our targeted initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·          Establishing a framework & structure and governance for an enterprise targeted sourcing team

·          Managing a team of direct sourcers who will be engaged in active outreach, pipeline development and candidate cultivation.

·          Managing a dedicated team focused on targeted initiatives for specific demographic populations or identified business need

·          Ensuring targeted sourcing activities align with Wells Fargo’s vision, our five primary values and our six corporate goals.

·          Managing critical relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued support for recruiting strategies and programs and provide regular updates to those stakeholders

·          Identifying metrics for measuring the success of each component of the targeted sourcing team

·          Providing ongoing coaching, training and education to the targeted sourcing team

Required Qualifications
·          8+ years of recruiting experience, human resources experience, or a combination of both

·          2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
·          8+ years demonstrated progression of Talent Acquisition and/or Recruiting experience

·          2+ years direct management experience preferably managing human resources or talent acquisition professionals

·          Experience developing and executing recruiting programs, events and strategies

·          Knowledge of key recruiting sourcing technology platforms and metrics including (e.g. Linkedin, Indeed)

·          Experience creating and implementing Diversity & Inclusion programs or initiatives

·          Proven change leader with the ability to drive large and complex change initiatives across a matrixed organization

·          Strategic thinker with global mindset

·          Solid and persuasive verbal, written and consulting communication skills, strong presentation skills

·          Documented project management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills applied to initiatives of significant scale, scope and complexity

·          Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization

·          Solid and persuasive verbal, written and consulting communication skills, strong presentation skills

·          Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree desired
