Wells Fargo’s Early Talent Leader will lead a team to drive a One Wells Fargo approach to the development and execution of our campus talent acquisition and early career program strategies, including PhD, Masters and Undergraduate level programs, internship programs, university relations, and other initiatives related to early career talent. This role reports to the Head of Executive Recruiting and Early Talent Programs.

The Early Talent Leader will develop and execute the following initiatives/strategies:

·          Lead the research and rationalization for Wells Fargo’s 39+ current Early Talent programs and the design of new talent development programs to meet critical business needs, including external benchmarking and socialization of the programs to stakeholders

·          Ensure all program and acquisition strategies align with Wells Fargo’s vision, our five primary values and our six corporate goals

·          Create the governance structure necessary to evaluate, add, manage and retire early talent programs and initiatives

·          Create and lead processes, in alignment with our end to end process team, to ensure that all critical aspects of each program are completed effectively including candidate selection, onboarding, performance evaluations, mentor selection and conversion/transition activities

·          Lead the recruitment strategy for each program including determining target schools, planning recruiting events, engaging Wells Fargo team members to assist with campus recruiting and re-evaluating target schools on a regular basis

·          Manage critical relationships with executive sponsors to ensure continued support for recruiting strategies and programs; provide regular updates to lead sponsors, program updates to larger stakeholder groups as needed, and solicit feedback

·          Following the HR model, partner with key HR Groups and client stakeholders to build program effectiveness and execute on program objectives including: Sr. HR Business Partners, Compensation, Global Mobility, Meetings & Events, LOB Talent Acquisition Teams, Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development

·          Lead the high level partnership with Learning & Development teams to create a core and common professional development curriculum for all Enterprise Development Programs as a whole as well as curriculum for LOB custom programs like the Financial Analyst Program and the Wells Fargo Securities Analyst Program

·          Partner with Finance to create and manage program and recruiting budgets

·          Identify metrics for measuring success of each program

Deliver a best in class full time early talent and internship experience including orientation, learning and development and social events to drive engagement and reduce turnover

·          Create a process to provide ongoing coaching, training and education to managers of early talent program participants

Required Qualifications
·          10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

·          5+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications
·          Directly, relevant and recent experience leading strategy development of end to end solutions, preferably related to early talent recruiting initiatives

·          Demonstrated passion for growing and developing entry level talent

·          Documented project management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills applied to initiatives of significant scale, scope and complexity

·          Proven coaching, developing and people management skills

·          Demonstrated ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization, especially senior level and executive level leaders

·          Proven change leader with the ability to drive large and complex change initiatives across a matrixed organization

·          Strategic thinker with global mindset

·          Solid and persuasive verbal, written and consulting communication skills, strong presentation skills

·          Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree desired
