We are actively seeking someone exceptional to take responsibility for the development of an already strong EMEA wide team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
This truly autonomous leading role will support the development and management of the talent sourcing and acquisition process across the EMEA region.
As the TA Leader you will be responsible for assessing current sourcing and selection frameworks across the region, suggesting process improvements (to ensure consistency and efficiency) and building recruitment capability.
To top it all, you’ll be responsible for the recruitment of regional leadership roles so you’ll even be able to keep your recruitment skills up to date allowing you to share the real life challenges faced by your team.
You’ll be managing a diverse team of people so we’re looking for someone who is open, candid and embraces as well as values diverse perspectives.
Decision making will be a key part of the role as you will be driving results across the region and providing subject matter expertise on our Buy, Borrow and Grow strategy.
Essential Knowledge/ Experience:
*Sufficient experience in Recruitment/TA roles (to include hands on experience of recruitment issues, techniques and processes)
*Experience in managing Recruiters/Resourcers preferred
*Demonstrable experience of effective Talent Acquisition and Talent Pipelining
*Strong understanding of Selection Systems & Techniques including effectively using an ATS
*Excellent English written and oral communication skills
*Exceptional influencing skills and interpersonal sensitivity that will foster effective cross cultural and geographical partnerships
*Candidates with RPO track record (coming from a small – mid scale environment) highly regarded
*This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the roles country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation for this role.
