About this Role:
Campus Recruiters are responsible for coordinating the strategy, logistics and execution of campus and university recruitment efforts. You will be on the front-line representing the Gartner brand and ensuring that we attract the best and brightest students. This will also include working with University Leaders and Professors to help build brand awareness and excitement on campus. Campus Recruiters must be team players who demonstrate the ability to build strong partnerships with their universities, professors, students and Gartner business leaders.
What you’ll do:
Act as the functional lead for the MBA recruitment programs including Consulting, Finance, Research, & General Business
Work with Campus Leadership to plan and execute a MBA recruitment strategy in partnership with business leaders
Partner with Business Leaders, HR Partners, Recruiters and Campus Recruiting Director to drive the engagement for the MBA strategy including attaining senior level commitment for time, resources and focus.
Coordinate all events at assigned universities ensuring timeliness and consistency while partnering with Recruiting Coordinators and Business Leaders.
Develop sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines in order to capitalize on candidates from Tier 2 and 3 schools and diversity events.
Manage and track all sourced candidates
Drive on-campus candidate interview schedules and efficiently feed candidate pool to full-life cycle recruiter(s)
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and business relationships
Travel will be required for this position, estimated at 40%, concentrated during on campus interview seasons
What you’ll need:
3 to 5 years MBA Recruiting experience required
Strong Relationship Building Skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
