CareerXroads Cool Tools for Sourcing

Image Source: jeffbullas.comHaving just concluded our first colloquium meeting of 2016, we're excited to share one of the first outputs related to the meeting topic of sourcing.  Our 50 attending member companies collaborated to create a list of 90 "cool tools" their companies currently use for sourcing top talent.

We found that the list ranged from the anticipated Boolean builders and training resources to various video platforms, crazy social network hacks, market intelligence resources and beyond.  In summary, there is no shortage of diversity in this year's cool tools collection for sourcing.

Among just a few of the most frequently mentioned services were Avature, Careerbuilder's Recruitment Edge, Connectifier, Kaggle and Social Talent.  Unique or new tools such as WebClipDrop, Yatedo and Owler were also hot conversations.  CareerXroads members are able to view the following and complete list that includes the product/suite title, a direct link to the product page, its "claim to fame" and a notation with regards to pricing.  Members can also continue the discussions and evaluations here on

So scroll on down and enjoy our first collection of the year...
