Kudo’s to the following CXR members who’ve been with us this last year and are on LI’s Top 50 list:
Amazon , Time Warner , The Walt Disney Company , Comcast , Dell , CBRE , JPMorgan Chase , Stryker , Capital One , Verizon , Deloitte , Gartner , KPMG
We love the fact that there is at least some effort at describing methodology.
The LI ‘algorithm’ includes:
- “Job applications: At what rate are people viewing and applying to job postings featured on LinkedIn?”
- “Engagement: How many non-employees are viewing and asking to connect with a company’s employees? How many professionals are viewing a company’s career page? …Etc.”
- “Retention: Are employees sticking around for at least a year?”
The fact that a retention calculation (measured we guess by profile changes) moderates the churn is a good way to calibrate. The key however is that these firms must be hiring (via LI) and visibly using and marketing LinkedIn's added services to score.
