Kendall Park, NJ, July 16, 2008 – Each year* Gerry Crispin and Mark Mehler of CareerXroads personally review the staffing pages of Fortune Magazine's annual list of America's 500 Largest Public Corporations. Their goal is to examine the sites from the perspective of a job seeker and determine the site's ability to Target, Engage, Inform and Respect the job seeker. "Only 10% of the Fortune Magazine list offer an experience that truly enhances their staffing goals," noted Gerry Crispin. He continued with his assessment claiming "On average these firms are offering a significantly better experience - attracting top candidates and extending the gap between themselves and their competitors." Gerry concluded. "From that pool of quality sites, the 25 we've chosen for our 2008 Best of the Best list are excellent benchmarks."
