Discussion Topics

One of two Colloquium sessons held each year for a specific recruiting function, our October meeting is all about Executive Recruiting. Detailed discussion points will be determined by member vote as we get closer to the event.

As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we ask all attendees to bring “what keeps them up at night” in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

Daily Agenda

Dress for Colloquium sessions is business casual.

All meetings to be held at PepsiCo headquarters: 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY.

October 18 – Monday 

• 6:00 PM Meet in the hotel lobby for a short walk to dinner at Graziella's. This is a great opportunity to catch up with fellow members before the meeting starts. Even if you arrive later in the day, please come meet us at the restaurant.

October 19 - Tuesday

• 7:45AM Meet in hotel lobby for transportation to meeting location.
• 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
• 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.
• 6:00PM Meet in hotel lobby for transportation to dinner at the Calloway House on Pepsi's main campus.

October 20 - Wednesday 

• 8:00-2:30 PM Meeting session, continental breakfast will be served. Some of our most thought-provoking, insightful discussions happen towards the end of the meeting session. In an effort to have full participation it is important that everyone stay until the meeting adjourns. Thank you.
