One of two Colloquium sessions focused on a niche topic, this meeting will be focused on the challenges and opportunities in College Recruiting. Discussion topics as voted by members:

As is our practice at CareerXroads Colloquium events we also ask all attendees to bring “what keeps them up at night” in their recruiting organizations so we can help each other solve those issues. After all, it's the caliber of our group that makes each session unique and provides that Aha! moment you'll take back to your office.

July 20 – Monday 

• 6:00 PM Meet in the hotel lobby to walk to dinner at the Claddagh Irish Pub. This is a great opportunity to catch up with fellow members before the meeting starts. Even if you arrive later in the day, please come meet us at the restaurant.

July 21 – Tuesday

• 7:30AM Meet in hotel lobby to catch shuttle to Lilly. For those staying in the Westin, meet in the lobby at 7:30am and we'll take cabs to Lilly.
• 8:00 AM Breakfast and Introductions.
• 8:30-4:30 Meeting Session.
• 6:00PM Meet in hotel lobby for walk to dinner at 14 West.

July 22 - Wednesday 

• 7:30AM Meet in hotel lobby to catch shuttle to Lilly. For those staying in the Westin, meet in the lobby at 7:30am and we'll take cabs to Lilly.
• 8:00-2:30 PM Meeting session, continental breakfast will be served. Some of our most thought-provoking, insightful discussions happen towards the end of the meeting session. In an effort to have full participation it is important that everyone stay until the meeting adjourns. Thank you.

Hotel Reservations

Omni Severin, located at 40 West Jackson Place.
The room rate of $109 is reserved under: CareerXroads
Our room block will be held until June 29, as of June 26 there were only 3 rooms left so please book as soon as possible by calling 317-634-6664.
We have procured a second block of rooms at the Westin. They are holding these rooms at the rate of $112 until July 3rd. To make your reservation please call the Starwoods/Westin reservation line at 1-800-228-3000 and ask for the CareerXroads Room Block.

Transportation

For those flying to Indy we recommend taking the Green Line Express Bus which stops at each of our hotels in downtown Indy, at approx. $7 per person.
For taxi service (minimum fare of $15 to downtown Indy), please take the Pedestrian Bridge from the terminal to the Parking Garage and go to the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the garage.
