What are the biggest benefits of the CareerXroads Colloquium?
Enterprise sees our Colloquium membership as an opportunity to make sure that we have relevant information about the recruiting landscape and what other organizations are doing to attract and retain talent. Some organizations believe that you can't get together with other talent or industry competitors and share best practices. But I believe that networking with organizations with both similar and different recruiting practices and organizational structures is critical to making sure that our organization is constantly evolving. The Colloquium meetings are organized to encourage networking and sharing. And the discussion topics are developed by members so you know you'll leave the meetings with information that is relevant to your business.

What would you tell a person who was considering joining the CareerXroads Colloquium?
Join only if you are willing to share because the Colloquium meetings truly are an open dialogue between members of relevant topics affecting all recruiting organizations. If you have to work within budget constraints, start small with fewer seats at the meetings - you'll immediately see the value in the membership.
