This special one-day meeting for the #1 and #2 person in your recruiting department will be focused on Organizational Structure. The Staffing Leadership Summit is different from other Colloquiuim sessions in that it is designed for the top two recruiting leaders from each organization. If you are attending this meeting, you will be required to use two membership seats and bring two people. Discussion topics as determined by your votes:

  • Structuring Staffing for Business Alignment: Matrix, COE or letting the pendulum swing between Central/Decentralized organization?
  • 2013 Priority: Each attendee be prepared to share your #1 priority that is NOT yet completed. Others expected to offer insight, analysis, solution, or maybe just sympathy.
  • Going Global Status: Where in the World is your staffing function furthest along? Which country is the most difficult to crack from a recruiting perspective and what are you doing about it?
  • Developing Recruiting Leaders: How are you Building Your Internal Pipeline?
  • Data Mining: Is 'Big Data' gaining ground in HR/Staffing or is collecting and organizing the data still a bottleneck?
