  • Recruiters/Sourcers: How are performance and rewards connected. Bring your Scorecards.
  • Map your SLA process with the business leaders you serve: How is it developed? How often is it reviewed and adjusted?
  • What are the "best" practices we all know are true about ERPs? How many of them are based on evidence? What evidence do you have to support ER as a priority source of hire? Everyone to bring their programs and measures.
  • Silver Bullets: Can you link (with numbers) specific candidate experience practices with conversion rates, retention, employee engagement and corporate performance or anything else?
  • Front end: How are you accessing your company's business plans and workforce data details to develop your staffing plans and budgets?
  • Cool tools and technologies for Employee Referrals and Metrics: What are you using? Please bring all of your sandbox toys.
